‘We’re coming for you,’ English police chief tells domestic abusers
The chief constable of Avon and Somerset police, Sarah Crew, tells the Guardian that from this month a team of academics would critically interrogate how Avon and Somerset dealt with domestic abuse before its processes were changed.
Researchers from the Child and Woman Abuse Studies Unit (CWASU) who have previously worked on Operation Soteria, are part of the academic team involved in this new piece of work.
