This project is a partnership with Tilburg University (INTERVICT – International Victimology Institute) and the University of Osnabrück. The project attempts to give a comprehensive picture of the legal and institutional framework governing violence against women, violence against children and sexual identity violence across 27 European countries. Differences and similarities of gender violence and violence against children legislation in Europe will be explored, as will the possibility of introducing a standardised legislation across the European countries.
